  • Dr. Sehar Jessani is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia. State regulation mandates that the patient be physically present in the state their doctor is licensed at the time of their appointment. Therefore, you must be present in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Georgia at the time of your appointment, if not a no-show fee applies.

  • The appointment request form asks new patients to provide valid payment details. The card will be pre-authorized at the time the appointment is scheduled in accordance with the practice’s payment policy. Upon request, we can provide a superbill so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance plan.
